Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and returned in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-made or bespoke furniture pieces
  • Gift cards
  • Sale and clearance items

Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment within a set number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as posting times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing delays are common.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at help@edenbridgefurniture.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or was sent to the purchaser first, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time required for exchanged items to reach you may vary. For more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
